• Listing Information: Property title deeds, survey numbers, photos, and location coordinates submitted voluntarily by verified sellers or licensed channel partners.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized device identifiers, browser specifications, and navigation logs collected to monitor site performance and prevent bot-driven listing scraping.

2. How Your Data Is Handled

We process personal data solely for legitimate real estate inquiry routing:

• Connecting prospective buyers with authorized property representatives and verified channel partners.
• Dispatching requested property brochures, layout plans, and pricing breakdowns over WhatsApp or email upon explicit user consent.
• Maintaining transaction security and preventing spam or unauthorized duplicate listings.

KREST will never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details to third-party telemarketers or external lead brokers.

3. Transaction Privacy & Location Masking

To protect the privacy and commercial sensitivity of transacting parties, sold transaction ledgers and high-net-worth mandate listings may utilize geographic zone masking (e.g., displaying "Confidential Prime Zone, Ernakulam" instead of exact house numbers or cadastral survey markers). Exact survey coordinates are disclosed exclusively to verified, pre-screened buyers after direct clearance from property owners.

4. Data Storage & Security

User records and authentication sessions are secured using industry-standard encrypted PostgreSQL databases on Supabase with role-based access control. All transit traffic is strictly enforced via TLS 1.3 encryption.

5. Your Data Rights & Erasure

Under India's DPDPA 2023, you retain full rights to request access, correction, or complete deletion of your contact records or submitted property listings at any time.
